Unit one is the first story of a two story house. The owner lives on the second story and there is good soundproofing between the floors. Unit one has lots of windows, each with a blind that is easily adjusted with no strings. It is light and airy, and the house has a large back yard and a beautiful flower garden in the fenced in front yard. There is a hardwood floor in the living room, and a nice kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a large refrigerator. House is 5 min from large grocery stores, and Al's, Meijer, Walmart, and several restaurants, and the beach is only about 3 min away by car. On a rough day on Lake Michigan you can hear the surf from the backyard- very fresh and wonderful air! Also, all utilities are included in the rent, and there is a washer and dryer in the basement. All utilities are included. Internet is $30/mo. There are 2 TVs in the unit, a 65" Roku in the living room and a 55"Roku in the bedroom. You can use these till they break, but landlord is not responsible for replacing them. Landlord is responsible for the frig and stove and since the landlord lives upstairs, he is easy to reach. Maximum of three pets, and $30 per pet will be charged. Absolutely no barking dogs!! This would drive the landlord crazy! And absolutely no smoking in the house. I prefer having only non-smokers in the house. A full 30 day notice must be given to get security deposit back, and a video tour is done when you move in. Any damage done to the property while you lived there will be deducted from your deposit.
