Hi! I have a private room available in Knightdale (15 from downtown) starting Dec 1st. $750 /month all-inclusive (utilities) and 300$ security deposit. Quiet neighborhood, nice house, private newly remodeled bath. Have an extra desk with monitor you could use. I have an extra queen bed (nice) and other furniture so potentially can be furnished. There's also pretty much a full gym in the garage you're welcome to use. I do have one sweet and chill cat (Coco) so need to be cool with cats. I am pretty active, easy to live with. As long as we vibe and you're respectful to the house we will get along. I'd be okay with one small pet as long they got along with my cat. Background check & income verification required. No smoking inside. Can smoke on back porch. Plenty of driveway parking. Cool with one small animal as long as they get along with my cat (extra $250 on the deposit tho). Lease would be for 1 year. Fine with an occasional overnight guest or occasional friends over. Rent due on the 1st. Extra $50 if paid after the 5th.
