Looking for someone who is self reliant and knows how to take care of a place. Also, someone who will get along with the other neighbors and not cause problems. The yard is low maintenance. You don't have to keep up the yard, but if you don't, no one else will. I have kept it up all the years but I have a house of my own that I need to give all my attention to now so I'm looking for someone who will take over this house and not ask me for much. I will be your main point of contact but I still want you to be a self reliant, responsible person who doesn't need me. * $3000/mo. * $1500 damage deposit. * $500 non refundable pet deposit (if applicable). * Utilities are your responsibility. * Unfurnished (The dining table, couch (not pictured), bed frame (no mattress) and dresser can stay if you want, but it will be your responsibility to dispose of them at move out. * Cleaning fee of $350 will be deducted from deposit at move out.
