Roomate wanted for August 1st in 3bed/2 bath condo in wicker park/East Ukrainian village!! Condo has updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances-dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker. Unit also has in unit washer/dryer, back patio, two living spaces and a ton of storage space! The room available is upstairs with a shared bathroom. Room available is one of the larger rooms with lots of closet space and vaulted ceilings! About me: I'm a 34 year old nurse I work three days a week. I have a 4 year old French bulldog named Hank. He's the friendliest guy you'll ever meet, fully potty trained and never destructive! Your other roomate is also vey low key and travels a lot for work and is gone every few weeks. Like to keep the apartment pretty low key with occasional friends over. Extremely clean in the common space and very respectful of noise/space. If you feel like you would be a good fit, please feel free to reach out and we'll figure out a time to have you come see the place! Due to already having a dog in the apartment we unfortunately cannot accept any other pets! :/ Year long lease
