It would not be great for multiple adults since the lofted bedroom does not have as much privacy (floor to ceiling curtains). $2200/month plus electric ($40-60/month in summer depending on A/C usage. $60-90/month in Winter depending on heat usage), share of water ($20/month), WI-FI ( shared Starlink high speed $55/month) and garbage pickup if you want it.
