    WHAT I LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME: I love our large, flat and usable backyard with its large redwood deck. We have 25 different fruit trees, goji berries, grapes, raised beds, rose garden, worm farm and compost bin. The backyard is a green paradise with a custom built tiki hut! I also love the large master bedroom at the back of the house with French doors that lead out to a redwood deck with a peaceful view of mature trees and mountains. The layout of the house is great. Three bedrooms / two bathrooms are on one end of the house. Th e master bedroom/bathroom is at the other end of the house, upstairs above the large family room. It provides great privacy when desired. It also has a balcony overlooking the back yard. One of the 3 downstairs bedrooms is essentially a second master bedroom with its own private bathroom. We have rented this downstairs master for extra income at $750 per month. We have done major renovations to the home. Changing it from a boxy 1960's ranch to a sprawling contemporary home with high ceilings in the living and dining room areas. Polished concrete floor in the family room. Original hard wood floors have been refinished throughout the rest of the down stairs. Because of the home's layout, people often guess the square footage is much higher than it actually is. The garage and extra finished storage room are under the house which frees up a tremendous amount of space. The neighbors are wonderful here and it's very safe. Every morning and throughout the day, women, small families and seniors are walking to the nearby mountain to enjoy scenic views. When people come to our home, they always comment about how warm and awesome it is. We have truly created a home out of a house here. This is a family's dream home! We would stay here forever if a career opportunity wasn't pushing us north. We will accept offers from buyers' agents. 2.5% But please- No solicitations from listing agents/Realtors.
