PGE is paid by tenant and is usually about 100-150$ depending on use. Pets: No dogs unfortunately but cats are ok. Area: Historical area of vallejo. 5 minute walk to down town. Very close to multiple parks and stores Owner pays for wifi (10 gb), trash and water. You have your own separate PGE meter that you are responsible for. Yard and laundry are shared. No off street parking available. 420 if fine inside, tobacco is ok outside on the patio area. For two people, there is a price increase of $70 to cover extra utilities used. ($1450)
