I have had no animals and have vacuumed weekly. The washer and dryer are in unit. Plenty of amenities in the apartment complex including a full gym and home theater. I am willing to show the apartment to any one interested. In addition to October rent paid for, you will also be able to take over my deposit and I will pay your application fee if approved.
