Charming One-Bedroom Cottage in Historic Myers Park Available September 7th. Nestled in one of Tallahassee's most desirable neighborhoods, this quaint one-bedroom, one-bath cottage sits directly across from beautiful Myers Park and less than a mile from the Florida Capitol. The unit has been recently painted and offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and historic charm. Inside, you'll find cozy living spaces perfect for a lobbyist, graduate student, or traveling nurse seeking a quiet home base close to downtown. The property is very quiet, as a family occupies the main home, and the owner seeks a respectful, low-impact tenant to match the tranquil setting. Please note: there is no covered parking and no washer/dryer on site. Enjoy the serenity of Myers Park with walking paths, tennis courts, and shaded oaks right outside your door all within minutes of the city's business, healthcare, and university districts. Here is a review from our current tenant: "This space has been great for me to build my business as I wrapped up my time in Tallahassee. I've hosted friends for karaoke, shared meals, and danced around. This cozy space has infinite possibilites to be what you need. Amy and Charlie, the landlords, are kind and friendly, very responsive to repair requests and care about your experience renting from them. It's always a joy to say hi and cross paths with them. Oh, and being right across from Myers Park is such a blessing. I've had a covered porch I can sit and drink coffee or tea while looking out at the forest. I've walked 3 minutes to play basketball or hit against the wall at the park, and you can literally walk to Cascades in 10 minutes. It is a dream location, and I would love to keep living here if I was staying in Tallahasee. I hope the next tenant can find their home-away-from-home here, and feel as welcome and supported as I have." Owner covers utilities. Internet may be purchased by the tenant.
