Rent due on the 1st of each month. Minimun 12 month lease. Must be clean and quiet. Be fully pre-qualified to pay rent. Payment will be with Zelle transfer. 1 tenant only. Preference to have a vechicle for transportation. No smoking, No 420, No pets.
