Well kept duplex , huge yard and patio at back ,over looking the water. Landlord lives next door and is always taking care of the yard and house. New washer LG front load , all other appliances within 5 to 6 years old .Parking for at least three cars. House has hurricane shutters. Coral springs is a nice safe town . We have been here now 31 years and have enjoyed it. Small pet welcome. To move in first , last and security needed
