Well kept duplex , huge yard and patio at back ,over looking the water. Landlord lives next door and is always taking care of the yard and house. New washer LG front load , all other appliances within 5 to 6 years old .Parking for at least three cars. House has hurricane shutters. Coral springs is a nice safe town .
