Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Violators of the no-parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. Dogs are permitted, up to 2 dogs of any size, but Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Guests must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. Beach towels are not provided.
