Neighborhood Description Our neighborhood is approx. 20years old with our side about 15 yrears. We have 198 homes in our subdivision which is located first on a string of three - Landing, and Mariners Cove. The three do many things together such as our twice yearly garage sales and our Christmas luminarias and sled ride thru the neighborhood. We do have a HOA and pay dues once a year in February. Our annual meeting is held in Dec. Our children can walk to all three schools, they are that close. We have gocery and retail shoping within 1 or 2 miles. Our town is still small and delightful!
