Rooms range from $1200-$1800/month per room + utilities.
You don't need to bring anything other than your personal belongings! The house is very spacious. Each bedroom and all common areas are fully furnished and equipped.

This house is ideal for large households seeking space, flexibility, and a convenient location. The multi-level layout provides a great balance of privacy and shared living areas. Located in Northeast Washington DC with easy access to Union Station, Capitol Hill/H ST Corridor, NOMA, Union Market, Metro, and major commuter routes. Giant, Whole Foods, and Aldi's are walking distance. Looking to eat out instead? You have dozens or restaurants/bar/fast and casual dining at your grasps.

Landlord is looking to fill rooms with young professionals interested in communal/shared living.
We are primarily looking for people who are friendly, open-minded, down to meet new people and form connections, and most importantly people who are CLEAN and RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS. We are open to both individuals and or preformed groups.
BEDROOM A ($1,500): Bedroom A is located on the second floor and is tied for the third largest bedroom in the house. This bedroom features ample natural light and a good sized closet. Queen sized bed, large dresser, and night stands with reading lights. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with Bedroom B.
BEDROOM B ($1,200): Bedroom B is the smallest bedroom in the house and is also located on the second floor. Don't let this fool you! The room still has ample natural light and closet space. Full sized bed, large dresser, and night stands with reading lights. This room shares a full bathroom with Bedroom A.
BEDROOM C ($1800): Bedroom C is the largest bedroom in the house and is also located on the second floor. The master bedroom boasts 4 massive bay windows and 4 large closets. King sized bed, large dressers, 52-inch television, office desk, queen sized leather sleeper sofa, and night stands with reading lights. This room offers a dedicated en-suite, double-vanity, full private bathroom.
BEDROOM D ($1,500): Bedroom D located on the first floor is tied with A as the second largest bedroom. This room features ample natural light. Queen sized bed, large dresser, wall closet system with additional hall closet, and night stands with reading lights. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the first floor common area.
COMMON AREA/SHARED SPACE: This house comes fully furnished and equipped. High-end furnishings and appliances can be found throughout and across two levels. The common areas feature: breakfast seating area, wood burning fireplace, large leather sectional sofa, 52-inch television, and large dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a large pantry, countertop appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cutlery and dishware, vacuum, iron, etc. The shared washer and dryer are located on the second floor.
UTILITIES: Utilities are to be shared between occupants and divided four-ways. The house is separately metered for electric, gas, and Verizon Fios internet. Water is provided by the landlord.
Deposit and first month's rent are due at time of lease signing. Credit check and background check is a requirement. Annual lease is preferred. Feel free to message me for more details.
