This is a fully furnished property and we are not going to be removing the furniture. Pets are allowed but do increase the monthly rent. Washer dryer hookups (Nice new washer and dryer already hooked up at the house will need to be rented for $40 a month), 2 bedrooms, one bathroom-tub and separate shower, hardwood floors throughout, central heat and a/c. Flexible lease lengths available... this is a fully furnished property. We'd prefer traveling nurses or traveling physicians or others looking for a lease of 1 month to 6 months, but we will do a 1 year lease for the right tenant... Pets are welcome but do require a pet fee. Tenant pays all utilities. No parties and smoking is not permitted under any circumstances, inside or outside or anywhere on the property. Any smoking anywhere on the property will be grounds for termination of the lease. All lawn care will be the responsibility of the renter!
