I've always thought Burbank would be a nice city to raise a family. The parks are beautiful. The school system is good. Shopping, restaurants and transportation are excellent. The City is well managed. A cute house in a friendly neighborhood, seems like a winner. Throw in fresh paint, gleaming hardwood floors, new carpets, and a sparkling pool and you have the framework for many memories in this house!
