*this house currently has no water pipes or furnace* we bought as a fixer-upper and just don't have the time it needs to get completed. We have cleaned out the house of furniture/trash. the attic is totally cleaned out, all but one bedroom on the 2nd floor is gutted to the wall studs and just needs drywalled and carpet/flooring. the bathroom fixtures are tore out but we saved them, in hopes of at least re-using the large clawfoot tub. the 1st floor was not touched yet, from how it was when we purchased it. there is a workshop area in the basement and a pit for coal (it previously had a coal furnace) the furnace and water heater were already removed from the home. It has a enclosed front porch area and back porch and a huge yard. It is located in a quiet block of coal township/springfield area. electric is currently on, low taxes. currently a 3br 1 bath, but could be configured differently at this point. please email us with any questions and we will be happy to answer them.
