Avion Palms is a 55+ comunity (one owner must be 55) that you own your lot and just pay around $1,000 annual HOA fee that includes water, sewer, garbage service, grass cutting, pool, hot tub, community center, fishing pond, work shop and storage area. You can google the park to view website that shows all amenities and park information. The sunroom was recently built, is fully furnished and even has a trundle daybed for additional sleeping area. The fifthwheel is tied down and on a cement pad, and so is the storage building. The park is meticulously maintained, has lots of amenities and activities. It is in a quiet rural area but close to several Florida beaches and attractions. Additional note - Yes - the fifthwheel can be moved and sold if you have another unit you want to set up at the addition. It will unbolt from the anchors and you can bolt the new unit to them after it's set up. Would probably need to replace the flashing on the addition to seal it up to the camper again. Would probably need new underpinning cut to fit the new unit if desired. I can't sell the Avion seperately because another unit would need to be put back in its place to close off the addition.
