Cozy Clarksville Studio: Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Castle Hill's Historic District! Our private studio apartment is located in our backyard, separated by a fence with private guest parking in front. We are located a few blocks from 6th and Lamar and just up the street from Clark's Oyster Bar, Rosie's, Swedish Hill, and Pecan Square. You can walk to almost anything you want to do in Austin from our studio or we are a short scooter, uber ride away. Owners provide utilities + internet. Studio is fully furnished, and supplied with one set of linens and towels. Cleaning fee covers move out cleaning only and does not include regularly scheduled housekeeping. Mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for $30 by contacting owners.
