This two bedroom apartment is located upstairs at a small apartment community near Anthony Munoz Park and Community Center as well as near shopping, dining, and entertainment centers. The property owner pays for water, sewer, and trash utilities so all you have to worry about is electricity and gas. The owner also provides a gas range and dishwasher; however, you will have to provide your own fridge. Heating and cooling are separate in-the-wall units. There is ample parking on the premises and a shared laundry room onsite. Our rental agreements are month-to-month so you can stay as long as you want - all we need is a 30 day notice in writing to cancel. This lease provides the most flexibility for our residents. Pet cats are allowed (2 max) with an extra $200 deposit each. No pet dogs.
