Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over one of three rooms in a home in Capitol Hill, starting anytime by/before July 1st. We're in a 2500sqft 3-bed/2-bath house located one block from the light rail and Cal Anderson park. The rent is $1400/mo plus utilities. The lease is currently month to month, but we're ideally looking for someone who wants to stay for a longer period of time (and lease lengths are flexible). The house is fully furnished except for the room you'll be taking over, but we are happy to redecorate if you have better ideas/extra furniture for the space. We have a large backyard and deck, and a wine cellar in the (finished) basement. If you work from home, there's plenty of room for a large desk in the basement. If you have a car, we have a garage. The roommates are both mid-20s guys working in tech. Allan is a saxophonist, mountaineer, and board gamer; Alec sings, lifts, and loves drag race.
