The front of the house, lower lever is underground whereas the back side looks over the valley. The view is remarkable. The house has a balcony off the master bedroom with a spiril staircase to the family room, where there is a mural of a double water fall. 3 of the bedrooms have fans. The yard circles around the side of the house and is full length in the back. We have a very large deck with a hot tub and room for a patio set. This house has it all. Neighborhood Description The neighbors are quiet and most have kids that are grown and have moved on. Actually, I don't think there are any kids around anymore. The yards are well maintained and very clean. I usually just see my neighbors in passing as most of us still work.
