This 4b/2b upstairs unit is roughly 1500 square foot and centrally located to enjoy dining, entertainment, shopping, the beach, the parks, the Newport Beach Pier and so much more. Enjoy the sunset views the front patio and soak up the sun on the back patio or Relax on the Beach that is only 50 feet away. The condo is beach friendly with laminate flooring throughout the house and comfortable carpet in the bedrooms. It has 3 standard Bedrooms an 2 bath and the 4th bedroom has been converted to a Bonus/Playroom stocked with toys, games, playstation, Wii, TV and DVD player with movies and a full size futon. The back playroom is attached to our 2nd back patio with lounge chairs and tables. Enjoy the beach toys, boogie boards, beach cruisers and beach chairs during your stay. Available Feb 1, 2020 to Feb 29, 2020 There is a $35/person application fee for all those over the age of 18 living in the house. Security Deposit is $1000 due at time of lease signing Full Payment is due upon Move-in. $295 non-refundable cleaning fee. No Pets / No Smokers
