There is 1 full bathroom (that would be shared) and 1 half bathroom. We have a new washer and dryer that was installed recently. We have central air and new flooring installed. Utilities are split half and half. Utilities include water, gas, trash and electric. The cost will vary depending on the season. I currently live here, I'm a 28 year old woman with a dog and a kitten. Mandi, my dog is good with cats and other dogs however she is a rescue and a bit timid. She warms up to people though. I also have a kitten named Mr. Binx. Both pets are my responsibility but the new roommate must be comfortable with these two. You can see some pictures of them on my post. The house is furnished. I have furniture, pots and pans, decor and all that everywhere in the house, you'd just need to be responsible for your own items in your area.
