The master bedroom and guest bedroom are downstairs. The large loft (18' x 28') upstairs has plenty of room and great light from the windows, with a large bath and closet. The covered back porch (12' x 28') is a great place for grilling, eating, reading, swinging and visiting with friends. There is a central HVAC with a heat pump and propane furnace. There is minimum maintenance outside which has a lot of trees, natural large boulders, rhododendrons, hastas and low junipers.
