The Greenpoint G Train is just a few hundred feet away, and Franklin avenue is barely 20 seconds away from the front door. Many consider Franklin Avenue to be one of the nicest streets to frequent as it is the home to many quality restaurants and unique clothing stores. There is a $20 credit check fee
