It’s a small trailer that will need to be removed, or rebuilt. The interior was gutted in some ways. Previous tenants took pieces of the interior when they were evicted. They also let the trailer rot and decay. We don’t have time to fix it, so we’re looking to sell it. We’re asking $9,500 for the property, trailer included. We don’t claim liability for removal or refurbishment of items on the property, or the trailer itself.
