It is currently being renovated. Will be done within a few weeks. Renter can pay the $360 pet fee up front or pay $30 monthly. Renter pays all utilities and trash. I will require insurance due to it being a flood risk, however, I will give a warning as I receive it. No smoking inside the home. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and upkeep. No pools. 1 year leasing only.
