There is a Walmart just a few minutes away, an organic grocer, and a Target, plus lots of great bars and restaurants (chains and independent). Amarillo's medical district is less than 3 miles away, so if you are a medical professional or traveling nurse, our house will be perfect for you. We are offering this fully furnished house on a month-to-month basis including utilities, yard service, Internet, and a Roku tv. HOUSE RULES: There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - No overnight guests in the house who are not counted on the lease - No leaving doors/windows open or unlocked when no one is at home - No excessive noise 11pm to 7am - No illegal downloading / torrent use on the home wifi (speeds may slow) - If items are broken or missing after check out, the replacement cost will be applied as extra from overall reservation costs if we haven't agreed on another way to handle the replacement. - Trash should be taken out to the dumpster in the small street behind the house. - The garage, the shed, and the locked room in the house are not accessible to tenants. - For everyone's comfort, security cameras cover the outside of the property. The garage and the locked room in the house contain cameras to alert me if anyone enters those spaces. There are no cameras in the rest of the house (any of your space). - Small dogs under 20 pounds are allowed. - No parties Lastly, because this is my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
