Horton Hills is a wonderful neighborhood. The homes were built by Cimarron Homes (http://www.cimarronhomes.com/). The homes have some wonderful features that qualify them as "green" homes. The neighborhood is very diverse and wonderfully friendly. There are kids playing in the Cul-de-sac's and couples walking on the sidewalks. The majority of our homes are home owner owned and occupied. Horton Hills is a wonderful location that is near Duke University, shopping/restaurants and I-85.
