The space Our downtown location was originally home to members of the Morton family, in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Throughout the years, it has also served as a location to various businesses. Our current building originally housed First Federal Savings and Loan Association, circa 1960's. Presently, professional offices are located on the main level, while two residential apartments are located on the second level. The Boardroom is named as a throwback to the days of the savings and loan association. This space provided a luxurious boardroom, in which its board of directors held their meetings. The studio is located up a flight of stairs (14 steps-a landing-4 steps). Private parking, a rarity for many of our downtown apartments, with security lighting is located on the property. The studio space is for your exclusive use. The utility room (including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board) is a shared space, with tenants in the apartment directly across the hall.
