I bought this home in 2002. It has been completely remodeled on the inside. Hardwood floors are the original hardwood installed at the time of build. Kitchen, den, both bathrooms are tiled and there is a back room that could be a 4th bedroom, entertainment room, sun room, etc. The back room is, at this time, a concrete slab but had been carpeted. The possibilities are endless. The back yard is completely fenced in with a deck/patio and concrete area for grilling. I also own the lot next door and would like for both to be sold together. I have lived in this home since 2002 and I do love the little house and it would be a great home for a new family or newly weds starting out.
