The place is its own house, a bungalow 5 minutes from the beach. There is a good sized yard, and off street parking. Hard flooring throughout, with a nice kitchen and washer/dryer hookups. A great little bungalow 5 min walk from the Beach in Port Hueneme. It is very near the base, and the elementary school. I am a very responsive landlord, and look forward to hearing from you.
