Ideally looking for someone with good social skills, mindful of others, kind, and willing to keep the common area clean and decent. We work a lot and keep ourselves busy; thus, it is important to us to come home and find the space clean and in order. It is never too much to say that having a good vibe and a respectful environment are priceless attributes that we care very much about it. You will be sharing the apartment with Edina an International Student, and Amit, an MIT PhD candidate, who is also quiet, polite and clean. In our home we don't have parties, and once in a while, we will have a friend over for coffee or dinner. Friendly conversations are welcome, but we totally understand if you don't have the time to. The apartment is in a fantastic location; in a two-block radius you will find two coffee shops, two bakeries, Oasis Brazilian Buffet Restaurant, May's Cafe Chinese Restaurant, Bocelli's Local Italian Restaurant, Raso's Food and Bar, a convenience store, a yoga studio, and a dry cleaner. Go a little further and you will find a Dunkin' Donuts, a hot yoga studio, a sushi restaurant, and the sought-after Wegmans grocery store. The location also offers access to a walking trail along the Mystic Valley Reservation Park connecting to Assembly Row walking around the park is one of my favorite things to do.
