Owner is not currently on-site. You would be renting an upstairs bedroom and private bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed, large dresser, side tables, TV, and closet. Laundry on-site. The window overlooks the culdesac, which is part of the Rancho neighborhood, so you'll likely see some horses walking by (and the occasional donkey:) Neighborhood also has a great coffee shop down the street, and a nice little Mexican restaurant on the corner, Pavilions, dry cleaners, UPS and nail salon, all within walking distance. Surrounding streets are safe, tree-lined and walkable to Disney Studios. Park nearby as well (which has basketball courts and tennis courts). Parking will be in the driveway or street parking in front of the house. All utilities and internet are included in rent. Shared entrance, keyless entry. Minimum rental, 3 months, maximum one year lease. No smoking allowed.
