Private room with its own half restroom connected to the room as well as a full bathroom next to the room which would be private to you specifically. The room comes with a large closet as well as built in drawers and cabinets for all your storage needs and the room has a large window. It was just recently painted as well. Aside from the room you'll have access to the entire house which includes a large living room, a large dinning room (all furnished), a large kitchen (which we all share), and a washer and dryer (which we also share). We have a door closed policy to which we respect so as far as privacy goes you'll have it all. The only lease terms we have is that we'd like to know at least a couple months pryer if you plan on moving and If you miss one month of rent we'd have to evict you.
