This small house was built around the turn of the twentieth century with the front half of house added in 1945 and front and side kitchen porch added in 1975. I felt at home the first time I stepped on to the property over 20 years ago. The house was partially gutted. It has two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a huge old clawfoot bathtub and pedestal sink which brings it back to its past. Still needs work.
