Beautiful private unit with patio. Laurel Park is an amazing community to live in. Our units are large, bright and airy and have lots of space. We have great neighbors, and it is very quiet. Our buildings are secure, a special key is needed to enter so our tenants can always feel safe. You will have a reserved parking spot which for which there is no extra charge. We are also in an amazing location. Right on a bus line straight into Seattle, Redmond or Bellevue. We are close to Microsoft and Google and I-405. We are in walking distance to stores, restaurants, bike/walking paths and downtown Kirkland. Come visit our little oasis in the middle of Kirkland. You'll want to live here too. Sorry NO PETS ALLOWED. Owner pays for water, sewer and garbage. Tenant only has to pay rent, electricity and any cable/internet. Lease is for 12 months. Then becomes month to month or another 12 month lease can be signed. One reserved parking spot comes with the unit and there are guest spots throughout the property.
