We have great neighbors, and it is very quiet. Our buildings are secure, a special key is needed to enter so our tenants can always feel safe. You will have a reserved parking spot which for which there is no extra charge. We are right on a bus line straight into Seattle, Redmond or Bellevue. We are close to Microsoft and Google and I-405. We are in walking distance to stores, restaurants, bike/walking paths and downtown Kirkland. Come visit our little oasis in the middle of Kirkland. You'll want to live here too. Sorry NO PETS ALLOWED. Owner pays for water, sewer and garbage. Tenant only must pay rent, electricity and any cable/internet. Lease is for 12 months. Then becomes a month to month arrangement, or the tenant can sign another 12-month lease can be signed. One reserved parking spot comes with the unit and there are guest spots throughout the property. There is also a storage locker for the unit.
