The remaining three bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor, along with another small common area/sun room. The front porch of the house is just for this unit's use. The yard and off-street parking spaces are shared with all tenants at the property (1121 and 1123 University). This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living/dining room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 10'8" x 12'3" Dining room = 7'11" x 13'8" Lower sun porch/mud room = 7'6" x 11'7" Bedroom #1 = 8'5" x 12'2" (downstairs) Bedroom #2 = 5'6" x 13'3" (upper right) Bedroom #3 = 9'9" x 10'6" (upper left) Bedroom #4 = 10'6" x 7' or 9'7" @ widest point (upper middle) Upper sun room = 6'4" x 15'11" This unit is rented unfurnished. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
