I am a sophomore this fall at Carlson and purchased a house in Dinkytown to live in for the next few years. I am looking for a few more fellow students to move in this fall as roommates. It is a big house with 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 washers, 2 dryers, and tons of free parking. Every room has its own heater and air conditioner. The Dinkytown connector stops right across the street and it is a short walk to Frank & Andrea's, Kollege Klub, etc. I am asking $600 per bedroom and tenants will divide and pay utilities. The lease would run from August 29, 2026 to August 27, 2027. $600 security deposit due upon signing the lease. There are 6 of us so far, 3 girls, 3 guys. We are very laid back and enjoy Gopher Sports and the outdoors. There are 3 rooms available and I can send more photos upon request.
