There is a loft above the living room. There is a new electric stove, heat pump for heat and air-conditioning and an a new water tank. There is plenty of street or driveway parking and a small yard for gardening. It is situated on a quiet coldasace within walking distance to Kitsap Lake boat launch and fishing. It's about 5 miles to the ferry and PSNS, 10 miles to Silverdale and 15 miles to Bangor. I will be available to show the property after the first of October. Tenets pay for all utilities (gas, electric, water and garbage). There is a modem for wifi already in the house that can stay there to reduce wifi monthly fees. House uses septic tank, and is located out of city limits so water bill is typically economical. No smoking, no pets. I will also run a background check that will cost tenet $50 (or less). In addition, I ask for two references from former landlords.
