This property is qualified for historic status. It has beautiful original wood floors and pocket doors and original skeleton keys. I'm a SWF(straight white female). There are no pets currently in the house, but I love animals and especially pit-bulls. All are welcome if we have a discussion about it. There's a fully-fenced-in backyard that I built up like Fort Knox over the years. There aren't any animals who live here currently. Your room/rooms are alright with children. There will be clean linens and pillows and plenty of books around here as well as a full closest and television. And also access to the kitchen (with plenty of pots and pans for home-cooking) laundry facilities are in the basement, and a nice driveway with a car should you like to keep one here. Smokers are OK but just on the front and back porch or during inclement weather then crack a window open. I love music but prefer the lights and sounds off by midnight out of respect for my neighbors. We will share the main bathroom upstairs that I painted light pink. It has a bathtub and shower. There's a pin-code on the door with full security. You will have access to that so you won't need a key. I only keep security cameras on the front porch and out back but never inside of the house. I do smoke a few cigarettes per day but never around children. We keep this outside or in the basement. No drugs allowed on the premises accept where applicable.
