Renters to pay $1300.00 a month rent for the home. No utilities are included in the rent. You are responsible to pay all utilities for the home. Pets are welcome and will be discussed. Renters insurance is required or a notarized statement specifying if any damages are done to the home will be paid for by the tenant occupying the home if you choose not to have renters' insurance . Deposit is fully refundable upon move out with a 30- day notice. This is not a short-term lease, at least 1 year is required. Lawn mowing will be provided for a low fee if you need help with that.
