You'll be on the ground floor, the middle floor is another living room and the kitchen, and I live in the upstairs (there is also a guest room). Pets will be approved on a case-by-case basis. No cats unfortunately as I am allergic! No smoking inside. One parking space in the driveway and additional parking in the gravel side yard or on the street as necessary. Lease is for 12 months.
