Security deposit is 1 month's rent and is due upon application approval. 1 month's rent in full due upon move-in, irregardless of move-in date, and the 2nd month will be prorated. Pets are conditional! We LOVE our pets, but they need to be approved by the management firm. If approved, it will be $20/month per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
