Pet stores, nail salons and spas, casual and upscale dining Tribeca coffee shop, Health food store, Starbucks, Chipotle,, two hospitals and a 7-11 when you just have to have that late night snack, close to University of Baltimore campus. Lots of students in the area U of M, MICA, JHU. Perfect for young , single professional, graduate student, or Baltimore newbie.
