There is also a washer/dryer in the basement that is shared with the upstairs unit. This apartment is located a short 10 minute walk to the Capitol campus and downtown shops/restaurants. You also get to deal with a real person - Kris - as the land lord, not like a huge company. This is my only rental. My wife and kids use to live here. I care about this house and I take care of my tenants. No pets allowed, however, I may consider allowing a person with 1 cat. The apartment also comes with a furnished living room. Furnishings can also be removed if the renter wants to bring all their own furniture. The apartment is available for showing.
