You also have a Dillons Grocery within blocks and several quality restaurants. The apartment was remodeled with attractive touches 4 years ago and is in great shape. At the time of remodel It had new flooring, new appliances, new lighting, new efficient AC/furnace etc.. This unit has 2 equal size bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Owner pays water, trash and sewer while tenant pays electric. As the owner I take pride in my properties and am looking for hardworking, honest tenants who will respect the other tenants in the building as well as taking care of the apartment. I work hard to be a responsive and quality landlord (i try to fix issues fast) and build trusting relationships with my tenants. I have invested a significant amount of money in this unit and need a tenant who will pay the rent in full and on time. If you are not this person, please don't apply.
