The house is long and fairly narrow. Remodeled sometime in the early 1960s to add a little hallway, closet, and two bedrooms. I remodeled/updated the bathroom in 2016, which involved replumbing the whole house in copper, and did a to-the-studs kitchen remodel in 2019. I now have a largish shower and no tub. (Also finally got the city to do a trenchless sewer line replacement so no more problems with tree roots). Really there's two bedrooms with closets, etc; one larger room I use as as an office that you have to walk through to get to the bedrooms, one larger room that's a sort of "family room" which has a door to the outside and is the other route to the bedrooms in the back. Did an extensive kitchen remodel in May/June 2019 so now have marble countertops, tile floor, new appliances, LED overhead lighting, plenty of electrical circuits.
